You can easily add a Rich Text field inside your Elementor Pro form. Please just follow these steps:

  • Firstly, make sure you have "Turned on" the Rich Text Field in the WordPress Admin Panel > Elementor > Advanced Fields > Form Elements Tab.

  • Search "Form" inside the Elementor widgets section.

  • It will create a form with the default three fields.

  • Select "Rich Text" field type.

  • Required: Toggle the switch ON or OFF to make the field mandatory or optional.

  • Mode: Choose how the editor behaves:

    • Visual & Text: Users can switch between WYSIWYG and raw text (HTML).

    • Visual Only: Limits users to the WYSIWYG editor.

    • Text Only: Limits users to the text (HTML) editor.

  • Active Mode: Select the default mode (e.g., Visual) when the editor loads.

  • Height: Adjust the editor's height in pixels (e.g., 200px).

  • Placeholder: Enter placeholder text that provides users with guidance when the field is empty. Placeholder text will only be visible in text mode

  • Now click on the "Advanced" tab.

  • Default Value: It lets you choose the default value of the Rich text field.
